The SuperSwim Flexible Fiber Pole was designed by swimmers for swimmers and provides the perfect amount of resistance for your poolside training. This two-part pole is joined at the middle by a non-corrosive, metal connector disk and reaches a height of 6.5 feet when assembled. Along with the SuperSwim Safety Swim Harness, the pole is one of the core pieces of every complete SuperSwim System.
