MOTHER KNOWS BEST – CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS

It turns out your mom was on to something when she spent all those years telling you to pick up after yourself! Who knew? Just kidding, we knew! We even adopted that same philosophy when it comes to caring for our SuperSwim systems. Because SuperSwim products are built with strong and reliable materials, all you really have to do is store yours away after each use to extend its life!

Pool chemicals and the sun’s ultraviolet rays can cause damage, which is one reason we advise storing your product away from those elements in a dry, shaded area. But it’s also a matter of safety, as unattended equipment can be hazardous to friends, children, and even pets! It’s much harder to trip over the system, use it as a toy, or otherwise break and bust it up when it’s been put out of the way. Besides, who wants to stub their toe on a wayward piece of equipment?

The good news is, storing your SuperSwim system is quick and easy. You can easily detach the Flexible Fiber Rod from its base, no matter which base you have for your pool. After you’ve removed the rod, put it and the Safety Swim Harness in a safe place. If you have the SuperSwim Water Base System, make sure you empty the plastic basin entirely before storing it away. It’s that easy!

DAMAGED PARTS?

We understand that parts and pieces can become broken, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged no matter how well you try to take care of them. If any of your equipment is damaged in any way, DO NOT USE IT. We have replacement parts available and we’re happy to answer any questions you have! You can reach us online or at 1-800-848-1222.
