If you have a Super Swim product that has failed due to a factory defect and not wear and tare. We apologize for this inconvenience, we will work hard to help get you the parts you need to get you back in the water ASAP!
Please submit your information in the fields below. Once we receive your message with your contact info we will reach out. At that time we will need to confirm your shipping address and a photo of the failed part for assessment. Once we receive this information and photo the replacement process will start. We will contact you with further instructions if needed. Please allow for 2-3 business days for us to process your claim.
